  The Complete Process
 
 
  1. Harvesting
    Olive Oil Badawee-Hasbaya, carefully harvest their olives all by hand. The careful handling of the fruit is essential to produce a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. All olives sourced to make the Olive Oil Badawee- Hasbaya, Extra Virgin Olive Oil go through quality control, where the olives are selected of the highest quality, no bruised or damaged olives are accepted.
  2. Pressing
    The olives of Olive Oil Badawee-Hasbaya are sent to the ‘First Cold Press’, with the latest processing systems to extract the oil from the fruit with as little interference to the oil as possible.  The fresher that the fruit is pressed, the higher the Extra Virgin Olive Oil’s quality will be. This Thermal pressing system, preserves the natural qualities inherent in the oil, such as the rich flavoursome taste and the nutritional health values and a low acidity rate. The results of this olive oil is considered ‘First Cold Press’, and is the most expensive variety and classed as the highest quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil that can be produced.
  3. Lab
    We test our oil with our own Lab to guarantee a low acidity of 0.234% before the oil is stored in our stainless steel tanks.

  4. Storage
    The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is stored in high quality stainless steel tanks, which are stored in an area in the factory, away from sunlight and heat, the lids of the tanks  are tightly sealed to omit air or any odors from entering the tanks which might interfere with the oils natural traits .

  5. Filtering
    Before bottling, the oil is filtered to remove any undue residue. During the filtering process, the oil pours out in a beautiful soft emerald green Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  6. Botteling
    Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is bottled in a variety of shapes and sizes, there are the elegant clear  glass bottles that show you the exact color and richness of this Extra Virgin Olive Oil in it’s natural true form. The traditional glass flagons, come in a variety of sizes and has always been popular and in demand as it keeps you attached to a piece of the past, when the flagon was the traditional way in bottling the olive oil.
